Sky Bar has closed permanently. Google lists it as permanently closed, and it no longer trades at Uniwersytecka 13.

We are leaving the page up rather than deleting it because the bar was real and people still search for it by name — it is more useful to say plainly that it has gone than to return nothing.

If you are after a bar high up in the same building, 27th Floor is at the same address and is still operating. It is a separate business, not a renaming of this one.
