A lush green space that follows the former course of the Turia River.
Turia River Park is a stunning urban green space that stretches through the heart of Valencia, following the old riverbed of the Turia River. After a catastrophic flood in 1957, the river was diverted, and the dry riverbed was transformed into a park. Today, it is a popular spot for jogging, cycling, and picnicking, with numerous gardens, sports facilities, and playgrounds. The park also features several cultural landmarks, including the City of Arts and Sciences.
