Kossuth Lajos Square is a significant political and historical site in Budapest, located on the Pest side of the city. It is named after Lajos Kossuth, a key figure in the Hungarian Revolution of 1848. The square is dominated by the grand Hungarian Parliament Building, one of the largest in the world. Visitors can also find statues of important Hungarian leaders and a memorial to the victims of the 1956 Revolution.
