Constructed between 1895 and 1902, Fisherman's Bastion is a neo-Gothic and neo-Romanesque structure that serves as a popular tourist attraction. Its seven towers represent the seven Magyar tribes that settled in the Carpathian Basin in 895. The bastion provides some of the best views of the city, including the iconic Parliament Building. It is a perfect spot for photographers and history enthusiasts alike.
